Requirements concerning registration and participation in the event

The event will take place on 23- 24  March 2017 in Józefów Holiday Inn Hotel

 

3)

 

Entry fee equals to 440 PLN netto per person

Additional payment to single room equals to 286 PLN netto

 

4)

 

In order to participate, each participant shall pay the entry fee within deadline given on pro forma or invoice ( before 22^nd of March 2017)

Resignation from participating in the event are accepted minimum 30 days prior to the event

Organizer kindly informs that in case of resignation in the event after proform is paid, there is no possibility for refunding the money

An applicant may send another person for replacement

Registration begins on 10^th of October 2016

Number of participants is limited and application is processed in the order they are received

The organizer reserves the right to introduce changes in the program of the event and lecturers, in the case when lecturer due to illness or accident is incapable of giving the lecture on the settled time and date

In the event of personal injury or property damage during the event is the responsibility of the participant who caused it. The organizer is not responsible for damage caused by the participants

 

15)

 

The organizer does not bare cost of additional participant’s orders, as for example orders from mini bar in hotel rooms. The participant will be charged for any additional service
